Q:  How do I book/reserve a court?

A:  You will need a Court Reserve account before you can reserve a court. Additionally, all individuals joining you during your reservation time must have a CourtReserve account as well. Liability waivers must be signed as well. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian will have to create a family account so the parent/guardian can sign the waivers. You can register with NetWorx on CourtReserve or by downloading the app (Apple or Android). When making a court reservation, you are required to list the names of all players. Please note that our facility is not staffed, so each person entering will receive a personalized pin code to access the door and log their presence. Each player is responsible for their own cost. Once everyone in your party has an account, follow the instructions below.

1. Click Reserve a Court at the top of your screen.

2. Click Book a Court

3. Choose the date, time and court you would like to reserve.

a. Choose date by using the arrows (top left) or by clicking the date at the top-left portion of the

page.

b. Choose the time by clicking the RESERVE button at that time slot on the court you want to reserve.

c. Choose your reservation type (singles, doubles, or practice)

d. Click players and enter the players joining you

4. Complete the reservation form

You will receive an email confirmation. The pin code will be sent via email 2 hours before the reservation and will also be listed in the app under the reservation information.

Q:  How much does it cost to book a court?

A:  It costs $20 per court per hour for Bulldog and Eagle Courts. Championship Court with PlaySight is $24 per hour.



Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A:  The responsibility for court reservations lies with the individual who made the booking. We kindly request that players cancel their reservations 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

Refunds are not issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice ; however, you do have the option to substitute players on your reservation. If you wish to allow someone else to use your reserved time, you can do so by adding their name to the reservation and removing yours to ensure accurate building entry logs.

a. Click MY Bookings

b. Find the date & time of the upcoming reservation you wish to cancel. Click DETAILS button

c. Click red CANCEL RESERVATION button

d. Click CANCEL RESERVATION.

Q: How can I use the PlaySight app to get a video of my match using a QR code?

A: Once you are signed in, select "Smart Court," then "Scan QR" at the bottom of the screen to scan the QR code. Next, press "Start" and title your session. You can then choose your recording duration and select "Match, Practice, or Warm Up." You also have the option to toggle AI Highlights on or off for personalized clips. Finally, press "Start Session." You can also press "Live Replay" to see the court in real time.

Q:  Do you offer lessons?

A:  Yes, we have beginner and intermediate lessons taught by an IPTPA certified instructor.

Q: What is Open Play?

A: Open play refers to organized sessions or times designated for recreational pickleball where players of all skill levels can participate freely. NetWorx does offer a beginner specific open play.
